Strategic Marketing Manager

Description

We are seeking a Manager of Sales and Marketing to join our team at Bedi Dental
Group. As a Manager of Sales and Marketing, you will report to the Chief
Operating Officer (COO) and will be responsible for overseeing the organizations
image and brand, along with analyzing performance data, building and executing
strategic campaigns to acquire and retain patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with
the overall company objectives

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing referral sources

• Adjust sales and marketing plans based on office performance

• Develop public relations campaigns, identifying target audience and setting
communication objectives

• Develop brand positioning and messaging across all 9 offices

• Identify target markets and customer segments to focus sales and
marketing efforts on

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitors

• Analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies
accordingly

• Increase pipeline of referral sources

• Fostering collaboration between marketing and operations

• Implementing strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty

• Overseeing the companies social media presences

• Increase brand and image with digital marketing

• Managing and motivate a team of public relations professionals and a
marketing specialist

What You'll Need to Succeed

• 3+ years experience as a sales and marketing leader

• Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strategic thinking and ability to develop comprehensive plans

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a face pace environment

• Previous experience with dental is a plus but not required

• Digital Marketing (SEO & SEM)

• Social Media and Paid Media expertise
