As we continue to scale, we're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Growth Associate to join our team and play a critical role in our client growth engine.


The Strategic Growth Associate is a hybrid role at the intersection of sales enablement and marketing execution. This individual will ensure our revenue-producing advisors have full, high-quality calendars by coordinating client and prospect meetings, while also actively supporting and executing marketing initiatives that drive firm growth.

This is an ideal role for someone who is both operationally minded and creatively curious-interested in building the foundation for a long-term career in revenue-generating marketing and business development. This role is critical in supporting the Chief Growth Officer, working alongside the CGO to execute on overall firm growth strategies.


Responsibilities


Calendar & Sales Enablement (50%)

Proactively manage the calendars of revenue-producing advisors to ensure they are consistently engaged in client and prospect meetings.

Schedule meetings based on segmentation and strategic growth goals.

Collaborate with advisors and internal teams to prioritize outreach and follow-up.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions and scheduled activity in the CRM.

Ability to strategically mine the current book of business to provide revenue-generating opportunities to lead advisors.


Marketing Execution & Growth Support (50%)

Assist in the execution of firm marketing campaigns, including email, social, and events.

Track marketing KPIs and help analyze the effectiveness of initiatives in driving engagement and appointments.

Ensure messaging, targeting, and campaign execution align with growth goals.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing, sales support, marketing, or coordination role, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. This candidate must be extremely comfortable working in CRM and marketing systems and also must be a clear and professional communicator with internal stakeholders and external prospects.


A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and grow within the marketing and business development function is necessary for this role.
