As a Strategic Client Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base while ensuring exceptional service to our existing clients. Your responsibilities will encompass all facets of customer engagement, including managing demand schedules, addressing credit concerns, handling quotes, and demonstrating in-depth product knowledge. This position is key to driving our business success.
Key Responsibilities - Cultivate and strengthen relationships with customers, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, reactivating inactive accounts and engaging with current prospects to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with local management to set sales objectives and plan effective customer outreach.
- Prepare thoroughly before customer interactions and qualify potential clients effectively.
- Work in concert with branch management and internal sales teams during customer visits.
Qualifications - A university degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience is required, with bonus consideration for experience in the electronics distribution sector.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
