Position location: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of
Deerfield, IL. Effective mid-2025, Fortune Brands will transition to a new world-class campus in Deerfield, bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices, brands, and functions. The campus will offer vibrant workspaces for collaboration, along with amenities for dining, onsite daycare, fitness and recreation.
Responsibilities: - Create and execute a best-in-class Joint Business Plan with each account, integrating growth-focused initiatives that deliver sustained market share expansion.
- Design and implementation of an annual incentive plan
- Sales and marketing promotions
- Inventory management programs
- Responsible for calling on and developing key relationships with Corporate Headquarters and regional branches to increase sales and improve margin.
- Understanding of the customer's business and the critical measures that drive the account including:
- Collaborating with the customer to acquire strategic information critical to the business
- Working with all levels of the customer's organization to understand the issues and assess opportunities
- Ensures action and responsiveness to the customer by taking responsibility for:
- Mobilizing and leading the organization to respond to customer needs
- Facilitating the organization's involvement with the customer
- Partnering with other departments where their expertise can benefit the customer
- Monitors and consistently communicates to appropriate Moen personnel:
- Order forecasts, business trends, distribution patterns, consumer and trade attitudes, competitive practices and past performance metrics
- Coordinate with Field Sales teams to ensure smooth implementation and consistent follow-through of programs at the local level.
- Use customer relationship tools and CRM systems to support outreach and maintain ongoing communication and visibility on key initiatives.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree is required.
- Minimum 10 years of proven sales/marketing or sales management experience with a strong understanding of Marketing, Finance and Operations.
- Prior experience with plumbing wholesale channel is a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with the ability to analyze data
- Ability to analyze market conditions as well as develop strategic responses to opportunities.
- Strong ability to work independently and in a team environment with the skill set to coordinate/manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to travel 40-50% of the time.

Additional Information: Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $80,000 USD - $126,500 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
