Strategic Account Specialist - Health & Beauty

Creative Plastics, a leader in the design and production of custom retail displays and fixtures, is seeking a Strategic Account Specialist to support our Health & Beauty sector. This role is critical in managing high-value client relationships, ensuring the successful execution of complex projects, and driving long-term customer success through strategic collaboration.
As a Strategic Account Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, working closely with internal teams to bring client visions to life-on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain deep, strategic partnerships with assigned accounts, ensuring a clear understanding of each client's brand, business goals, and evolving needs.
- Strategic Growth & Opportunity Development
- Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts by proposing innovative solutions and proactively addressing client challenges.
- Project Collaboration & Oversight
- Define project scopes with clients, gather specifications, and lead internal teams (design, engineering, production) through the full lifecycle of custom display and fixture production.
- Communication & Accountability
- Serve as the liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring clear and timely communication. Proactively provide status updates, address risks, and ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Issue Resolution & Quality Assurance
- Identify and resolve client concerns quickly and professionally. Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate successes and areas of improvement.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Compile and deliver project reports, summaries, and documentation to internal stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in strategic account management, client success, or project management, preferably within a manufacturing or retail display/fixture environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, design, or a related field-or equivalent professional experience.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Self-starter with a strategic mindset and strong attention to detail.
