Salary Range: $110,000 - $135 ,000 base plus metric-based commissions

Travel: Must be authorized to travel within the U.S.; occasional travel required (estimated 10-20%),

About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our team and manage critical relationships across our client base. This role supports the Director of Business Development and is integral to retaining and growing high-value accounts-many of which are engaged in commodities, macro, and systematic trading strategies. You will act as a strategic advisor, helping clients derive value from our models and insights while contributing to revenue growth through upselling and expansion opportunities and mitigating at risk engagements. You will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients' post-sale.



Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of Bridgeton's final products and proprietary methodologies to articulate value propositions clearly to clients.
  • Gain fluency in the firm's analytics platform to effectively demonstrate its capabilities, answer technical client questions, and support adoption and engagement.
  • Drive retention through high-quality engagement, timely support, and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Proactively assess and prioritize risks and opportunities through careful analysis and forward-thinking strategy.
  • Deliver value through proactive communication, performance reporting, and problem-solving.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate on expansion across accounts.
  • Coordinate with research and product teams to address client needs and communicate feedback.
  • Lead frequent Business Reviews (QBRs), usage check-ins, and engagement reporting.
  • Work with Client Support Associate to maintain CRM data and assist with forecasting, internal sales reporting, usage forensics and manage client support.
  • Manage and grow strategic relationships with institutional clients, many of whom have exposure to commodities and macro-driven investment strategies.
  • Understand client workflows and trading focus, aligning Bridgeton's offerings accordingly.


Qualifications

  • 3-6+ years in account management, client success, or enterprise client relations.
  • Fintech, institutional trading, or analytics experience (commodities focus) with knowledge of financial markets, particularly commodities, systematic, or macro strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data and research into clear, client-ready insights.
  • Self-starter comfortable working in a lean, intellectually rigorous environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required, proficiency in CRM platforms and advanced office productivity tools.
