The Strategic Account Director Life Sciences (East) maintains and expands relationships with key customers in the Life Sciences vertical. Responsible for nurturing high-value relationships, supporting site teams, achieving sales and retention targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Represents the full range of services to assigned clients and meets their needs and expectations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and expand relationships with strategic Life Sciences clients by developing tailored solutions and coordinating all relevant ABM stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams in strategic account planning to set performance goals, financial targets, and milestones.
- Achieve targets for profitable sales, cross-selling, and strategic objectives within assigned accounts.
- Conduct routine client business reviews to assess service delivery, uncover additional value opportunities, and align with client objectives.
- Develop key relationships within clients to create client-centric product solutions.
- Continuously assess and validate customer needs.
- Lead solution development efforts to address customer needs, coordinating necessary teams.
- This role requires 20% to 50% travel.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Proven success in delivering services effectively.
- Minimum five (5) years' experience in the Life Sciences vertical or relevant role.
- Experience working with executive stakeholders.
- Three (3) years in facility services or related field.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to represent the company at conferences and trade organizations.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple accounts over large areas.
