We are hiring a Stormwater / Water Resources Engineer with 1-5 years of experience in hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) modeling for our Winter Springs, FL office.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with both the Water Resources Engineering Team and the Software Development Team to create innovative solutions for resiliency and sustainability.

Responsibilities - Provide expert guidance on complex modeling challenges
- Develop and propose stormwater solutions for clients
- Enhance software functionality based on customer needs and industry trends
- Become a subject matter expert in StormWise (formerly ICPR4) and Real-Time Flood Forecasting
- Build watershed models and real-time flood forecasting systems
- Present, demonstrate, and provide technical support for software products
- Conduct workshops, technical demos, and conference presentations
Skills and Qualifications - 1-5 years of experience in water resources engineering
- Bachelor's degree (required) or Master's degree (preferred) in Civil, Environmental, or Agricultural Engineering
- PE or EIT certification preferred
- Experience in H&H modeling
- Proficiency in StormWise (formerly ICPR4), HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, EPA SWMM, and AutoCAD
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Consulting experience in stormwater and water resources
- ArcGIS proficiency
- Experience with large-scale watershed studies
