JOB TITLE: Storeroom Clerk

DEPARTMENT: Culinary

SUPERVISOR: Storeroom Manager

UPDATED: March 2006

POSITION PURPOSE: To assist Storeroom Manager in receipt, storage and distribution of supplies, food, beverage, specialty items and equipment in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Able to deliver requisitions in a timely manner.
2. Able to receive product, store product with pricing on it.
3. Able to keep storeroom within health codes.
4. Perform other duties as assigned.
   
   POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

1. Math and reading skills required.
2. High school diploma preferred.
3. Able to work with minimum supervision.
4. Must be energetic.
5. Able to do multiple tasks.
