Role Overview:

Comme Des Garçons is looking for a Store Supervisor/Sales Professional to join our dynamic sales team in New York. The Store Supervisor will be instrumental in driving sales, cultivating client relationships, ensuring secure operations of the store, and providing support to team members in the absence of store management. This role requires a passion for luxury retail, exceptional service, responsibility, and thriving in a fast-paced, high-end environment. Role Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional, personalized customer service, consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain a strong client book, build lasting relationships and repeat business.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge, acting as a Brand Ambassador.
  • Assume keyholder responsibilities: secure opening/closing, cash register, security systems.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to sales associates, ensuring sales goals are meet and high levels of customer service are always met.
  • Assist with store operations: stock, visual merchandising, standards, back-of-house.
  • Conduct stock checks, contribute to inventory, process POS transactions.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding needs and team performance.
  • Execute operational tasks as directed, adhering to company policies.
Role Objectives:
  • Consistently meet and exceed personal and store sales targets (KPIs).
  • Cultivate high customer satisfaction and loyalty, driving repeat business.
  • Ensure the floor is well-maintained and stocked.
  • Maintain a clear understanding and maintenance of VM standards.
  • Proactively clientele and maintain a strong customer book.
  • Ensure open communication and consistency in service and strategy.
  • Ensure smooth, efficient, and secure store opening/closing.
  • Provide effective leadership and support to the sales team in management's absence.
  • Contribute to overall operational efficiency and store visual appeal.
