In your role as a Store Shift Supervisor, you'll set an example of operational excellence as you lead your team during each shift. Working alongside dedicated baristas, you'll deliver exceptional customer service while expertly crafting our products. Benefit Summary:
  • 1 year of customer service experience in retail or restaurant setting.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodations.
  • Availability for flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Compliance with store operating policies and standards, ensuring quality food and beverage preparation, safe cash handling, and store security practices.
  • At least 6 months of experience actively interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
  • Ability to prepare and coach team members on food and beverage standards, including recipe modifications.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience directing the tasks of two or more employees.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Ability to effectively manage the work of others.
  • Quick learning aptitude.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the retail sector.
  • Exceptional interpersonal strengths.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships.
