We are looking for a self-motivated, goal-oriented, and energetic Store Manager for our Invicta Store located at Christiana Mall in Newark, DE. The ideal candidate will be enthusiast to be part of a growing team, self-sufficient and possess the ability to make sound decisions to benefit the business. This is a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, so the ability to multi-task and be flexible and adaptable to differing situations is required

The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for all store operations, including managing sales goal

achievement, asset protection, and human resources functions to ensure great customer experience and

maximum profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead by example, improve KPIs through sales-driven techniques, and provide expertise to help

others meet sales goals by delegating and coaching staff, while also training store staff through

reviewing KPIs, job performance, and implementing new trainings.

2. Set clear goals and expectations for associates by developing daily, weekly, and monthly strategies

to ensure deadlines and targets are met and hold team accountable as needed.

3. Demonstrate excellent product knowledge by constant training and learning through existing and

new resources to maximize customer experience, and develop associates through feedback,

coaching and training.

4. Maintain merchandise presentation standards. Ensure that all corporate Merchandising and

Marketing programs are executed within store.

5. Responsible for overseeing daily business operations, customer service, scheduling, and

merchandising, as well as accurately processing sales and return transactions, while ensuring timely

and accurate management of employees' payroll.

6. Responsible for alarm activation/deactivation, bank deposits, general security guidelines, opening

and closing procedures, and completion of the store's daily business following all safety and

security guidelines according to company standard, adhering to policies, procedures, and safety

protocols.

7. Responsible for planning and executing events to drive brand awareness, increase sales, and conduct

outreach to clientele through phone calls or emails, providing Invicta Stores-related information

about promotions, new products, and special events.

8. Monitor and maintain store inventory using company reports which include ITR, Merchandising

Report, among others. Plan, propose, and implement merchandise strategies that improve sales

targets.

9. Responsible for the Store's Physical Inventory, and actively participate in other stores physical

inventories when necessary.

10. Implement recruitment strategies to determine proper staffing needs and maintain adequate

headcount.

11. Analyzes sales reports and KPIs to determine or identifies trends/ opportunities and executes in

store strategies.

12. Perform other related duties as assigned by area manager or corporate.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5 years' retail sales experience is required; 3 years of management retail experience is required.

• Computer skills include operation of point of sales system, email, and workforce management

systems.

• Proven experience in Workforce management systems to analyze sales and employee performance.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a passion for challenging, empowering, and driving team

results.

• Established history in recruiting and retaining quality sales and support staff.

• Flexibility in work schedule, including availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

with regular attendance being essential
