Position Overview The Store Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of store management, leading the team to achieve organizational objectives and ensure the store meets profitability goals. Your focus will include maximizing store profitability by controlling expenses, enhancing revenue streams, and cultivating a high-performance team. You'll also manage fuel operations where necessary and oversee customer and associate satisfaction, brand standards, and overall store performance.
Key Responsibilities: - Drive performance metrics to exceed financial targets and achieve budgeted merchandise gross profit. Monitor store-level financial trends to optimize profitability.
- Conduct thorough analysis of income statements and utilize financial reports to make informed decisions regarding inventory management and cash flow procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and take corrective actions based on findings to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Promote a safety-first environment by maintaining operational standards and adherence to all legal regulations and company policies.
- Lead change initiatives and train associates on the importance of these changes to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure an exceptional shopping experience by responding to customer feedback and enhancing service quality.
- Manage staffing levels to meet business demands, including recruiting and selecting candidates through a standardized process.
- Coordinate resources effectively through prioritization and delegation to manage labor costs while meeting operational needs.
- Facilitate thorough training for all associates, ensuring they perform their duties safely and provide excellent customer service.
- Foster an inclusive and respectful store environment, encouraging diversity and teamwork among associates.

Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this role is $70,000-$85,000, reflecting experience and location. Associates in this position may qualify for monthly bonuses and an array of benefits including health care, an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), 401(k), educational assistance, store discounts, paid time off, and various wellness programs.
