Position Summary:

We are on the lookout for an energetic and outcome-focused Store Operations Manager to spearhead our store activities and drive business success.

About the Role: As the Store Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations while motivating and cultivating a high-performing team in a dynamic retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Performance Management:
  • Achieve sales goals by providing effective leadership and crafting strategic plans.
  • Examine sales data to discover trends and growth opportunities.
  • Establish and track KPIs to guarantee store efficiency.
  • Set a positive example by demonstrating outstanding sales performance.
Team Leadership & Development:
  • Recruit, train, and nurture store staff to excel.
  • Create succession plans for future leadership development.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and deliver coaching.
  • Foster a passionate, customer-focused team environment.
Operations & Merchandising:
  • Ensure effective inventory management and stock oversight.
  • Employ loss prevention methodologies to reduce shrinkage.
  • Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance sales.
  • Manage opening and closing procedures effectively.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness.
Customer Experience:
  • Promote a customer-centered culture within the store.
  • Address and resolve complex customer service challenges.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of outstanding shopping experiences.
  • Build and cultivate customer loyalty.
Business Administration:
  • Oversee store budget and expenditures efficiently.
  • Provide key metrics reports to upper management.
  • Implement company policies and procedures effectively.
  • Identify and troubleshoot operational challenges.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of retail management experience.
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team development abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • A deep passion for retail and fashion.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
