Your Responsibilities as a Store Operations Manager:

As a vital part of our team, you will oversee the daily operations of a single store. Your role will encompass hiring, managing, and guiding associates to meet financial targets while ensuring outstanding guest experiences. Your success is our success.

We will equip you for this journey with an extensive store leadership training program lasting 8 weeks or more.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma is mandatory
  • Flexibility to work within a 50-mile radius
  • Able to work a variable schedule, including weekends
  • Food Safety certification: Serve Safe certified
Physical Requirements:

In this role, you will often be in a hot environment with steam and food vapors. You will be expected to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and efficiently prepare and serve food in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication skills and an ability to adapt to changing priorities are essential for managing conflicts and ensuring a smooth operation.

Pay Range: $15 to $21 per hour

Pay is determined based on various factors, including work location and experience. Bonuses are not guaranteed, and we reserve the right to amend our bonus programs at any time.
