As a Store Operations Manager, your role is to bring the Starbucks experience to life. You will be responsible for managing store operations, achieving financial targets, building an exceptional team, and creating a welcoming environment in the community. You will delight and uplift customers through genuine human connections, ensuring a memorable experience that goes beyond a perfectly crafted beverage.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
  • 3 years of retail/customer service management experience or 4+ years of U.S. Military service.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-driven environment.
  • Proven leadership abilities to coach and inspire team members.
  • A minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
Requirements:
  • Legal documentation proving your identity and eligibility for employment.
  • The ability to work full-time, including willingness to take on variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
