Work Environment: Please note that during your duties, you will encounter hot environments from steam and food vapors, and the workspace may be restricted. Employees are generally expected to stand for extended periods, prepare food, use kitchen equipment, and manage to lift up to 50 lbs. A fast-paced, often noisy kitchen environment means effective communication and adaptability are essential for success.
