What You'll Do As A Store Operations Manager:

You will oversee the entire operation of a dedicated store, including hiring, managing, and leading your team to meet financial targets while ensuring outstanding guest experiences. Your leadership will be key to your store's success.

Desired Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma required.
  • Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
Work Environment:

Please note that during your duties, you will encounter hot environments from steam and food vapors, and the workspace may be restricted. Employees are generally expected to stand for extended periods, prepare food, use kitchen equipment, and manage to lift up to 50 lbs. A fast-paced, often noisy kitchen environment means effective communication and adaptability are essential for success.
