Your Role as a Store Operations Manager: As the leader of your store, you will oversee all aspects of operations. This includes hiring, training, and supervising team members to meet financial objectives while providing exceptional guest service. You are key to the store's success.

Essential Qualifications: - High school diploma required
- Willingness to work at any store within a 50-mile radius
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- Food Safety: Serve Safe certified
Physical Requirements: Employees must maintain stamina in a fast-paced environment, manage hot and cold food preparation, and stand for extended periods. Physical tasks may include lifting up to 50 lbs and reaching across countertops.
