Your Role as a Store Operations Manager:

You will oversee an individual store's operations, which includes hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial objectives while ensuring outstanding guest experiences. Your leadership is key to the store's success.

To support your success, we offer over 8 weeks of dedicated store leadership training.

Desired Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma is required
  • Willingness to work in any store within a 50-mile radius
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Food Safety: Serve Safe certification is a must
Work Environment Statement:

This role involves working in dynamic conditions, often in hot environments with steam and food vapors. You will be expected to stand for extended periods and may need to lift items up to 50 lbs. Effective communication, adaptability, and conflict management skills are essential as you will work in a fast-paced setting.

Pay Range: $18 per hour - $25.20 per hour

Individual pay within this range is determined based on several factors, including work location and experience. Bonuses are not guaranteed and may be adjusted at any time.
