Your Role as a Store Operations Manager: You will oversee an individual store's operations, which includes hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial objectives while ensuring outstanding guest experiences. Your leadership is key to the store's success.

- Willingness to work in any store within a 50-mile radius
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Food Safety: Serve Safe certification is a must
