We welcome applicants with: - 3 years of management experience in retail or customer service, or
- 4+ years of experience in the U.S. Military.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a background in sales-driven environments.
- Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to mentor and coach team members.
- A minimum of a High School diploma or GED.

- Willingness to work full-time, often exceeding 40 hours per week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
