We're looking for candidates with: - 3+ years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4+ years of US Military service.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with experience in sales-focused environments.
- Proven leadership abilities to coach and support your team effectively.
- A High School diploma or GED is required.
Requirements: - Legal documentation verifying your eligibility to work in the country.
- Willingness to work full-time, including hours beyond 40 per week, with flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
