Your Role as a Store Operations Manager:

As the key leader of a single store, you will oversee all operations, including hiring and managing associates to meet financial objectives and provide outstanding guest experiences. Your leadership will drive the success of the store.

Desired Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma required
  • Willingness to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Food Safety: Certified with Serve Safe

As part of your duties, be prepared for a fast-paced, dynamic environment where duties may involve heat from steam tables and food vapors. Employees are often on their feet for extended periods and must lift up to 50 lbs. Some tasks include preparing hot and cold foods using specialized kitchen equipment while ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Strong verbal communication skills and conflict management abilities are essential for this role.

Pay Range: $29 per hour - $32 per hour.

Compensation is based on various factors, including location and experience. Panda does not guarantee any associate will earn a bonus and reserves the right to modify or discontinue bonus programs at our discretion.
