We're looking for candidates who have:
  • 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4+ years of US Military service.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-focused environment.
  • Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professionalism.
  • A minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
Requirements:
  • Legal documentation proving your identity and eligibility for employment in the country where you apply.
  • The ability to work full-time (often exceeding 40 hours per week) with a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
