We're looking for candidates who have: - 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4+ years of US Military service.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-focused environment.
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professionalism.
- A minimum of a High School diploma or GED.

- The ability to work full-time (often exceeding 40 hours per week) with a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
