Store Operations Leader. In this exciting role, you will work closely with the general manager to oversee daily store operations while maintaining compliance with Global Partners' policies and procedures.

Your Responsibilities Include - Completing daily accounting tasks and submitting them on time.
- Supervising, training, and holding hourly employees accountable for their performance.
- Monitoring cash handling and inventory, and assisting in resolving any discrepancies.
- Maintaining business records and cashier accountability sheets as directed.
- Performing administrative tasks, including banking and payroll, in line with company policies.
- Upholding Grand Opening Ready Standards and ensuring the store's cleanliness and safety.
- Coordinating gasoline levels and deliveries effectively.
- Promoting company initiatives to enhance guest service.
- Completing additional duties as assigned by the General Manager or Territory Manager.

Qualifications - Must be available for flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience is required.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in counting, reading, and writing accurately.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are necessary.
- Capability to work in varying temperatures and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to access all areas of the store, including the selling floor and stock areas.
Education - High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
