For our Store in South Coast Plaza we are looking for a Part-Time Operations Assistant.
Main activities are
Selling operational support:
- Assisting with product retrievals, put backs, compliant client capture on CRM, accurate ringing on POS and bagging of purchase
- Greeting clients and supporting sellers when the boutique is busy and maintaining client engagement and continuing selling ceremony
Back of house operational support:
- Performing opening and closing procedures following all checklist items accurately
- Assist with inter store transfers. Learn and operate inventory system with proficiency to support basic product receipts and transfers.
- Assist manager with handling and processing orders for online platforms.
- Assist manager with organization of stockroom and maintenance of product by sizing, categories, heel heights to ensure ease of access.
