Role: Store Manager
The right candidate is comfortable in a high-end luxury environment and the client experience is a priority. Store Manager serve as the friendly and welcoming face of the spa, keep operations organized and running smoothly, and driving sales results; while always portraying a polished and professional demeanor. You will be our client's first and last impression. This position reports to and supports the Retail Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive and manage the store sales weekly and monthly sales results.
  • Greet clients and assist them during their visit, ensuring a positive, consistent guest experience.
  • Act as a host and owner of the BR experience
  • Manage phone & email communications including: answering client inquiries, requests, and general product knowledge.
  • Sell retail products & manage POS.
  • Ensure the boutique operations run smoothly; track inventory, stock supplies, keep aesthetics presentable.
  • Supervises daily operations including opening and closing procedures and general maintenance: ensure areas are clean, safe, and well maintained.
Who you are:
  • High-end store Management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service and phone skills
  • Social perceptiveness and situational awareness, especially in a luxury environment
  • Professional manner, discretion, and appearance
  • 5+ years of customer service experience
  • 2+ years of Sales experience in a retail environment
  • 2+ years in the beauty industry and/or hospitality, particularly skincare
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or GSuite
  • Esthetics license is a plus
  • Ability to work weekends is required.
This role is $35.00.hr + commission on retail sales.
