Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards.
  2. Ensure the store is stocked and clean to foster strong community relationships.
  3. Hire, train, develop, and supervise team members, acting as a coach and mentor.
  4. Model and promote Casey's CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
  5. Manage labor budgets, staffing needs, and scheduling, including special events and peak times.
  6. Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
  7. Complete daily bookwork, store walk, task lists, audits, merchandise orders, and manage inventory and deliveries.
  8. Collaborate with the District Manager to develop Store Action Plans based on KPIs and financial reports.
  9. Complete all required trainings, including ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification.
Compensation Starting pay ranges from $46,000 to $60,000, with potential bonuses based on store and company performance. The full salary range extends beyond this to support ongoing growth within the company.
