Key Responsibilities
- Implement Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards.
- Ensure the store is stocked and clean to foster strong community relationships.
- Hire, train, develop, and supervise team members, acting as a coach and mentor.
- Model and promote Casey's CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
- Manage labor budgets, staffing needs, and scheduling, including special events and peak times.
- Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
- Complete daily bookwork, store walk, task lists, audits, merchandise orders, and manage inventory and deliveries.
- Collaborate with the District Manager to develop Store Action Plans based on KPIs and financial reports.
- Complete all required trainings, including ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification.
Compensation Starting pay ranges from $46,000 to $60,000, with potential bonuses based on store and company performance. The full salary range extends beyond this to support ongoing growth within the company.

- Ownership mindset and strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive motions
