Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located on Johns Island, SC. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. They will also manage staff, provide excellent customer service, and maintain store standards. The Store Manager will ensure smooth operations through effective communication and staff supervision.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
- Proven leadership abilities and team management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in luxury retail or interior design industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred
