Title of Position: General Manager

Job Description: The General Manager helps direct the daily operations of our establishments. The person in this position would oversee profit and loss by following cash control, maintaining inventory, reviewing financial reports, and taking corrective action when needed. Our General Manager will play a major role with recruiting; interviewing and hiring outstanding team members along with their retention. The General Manager will be responsible for conducting performance appraisals while motivating team members to their fullest potential.

Qualifications

Must have 2 years of Restaurant Management experience in a Fast Casual environment

High volume restaurant experience a plus

Solid track record of success in previous assignments demonstrating upward career tracking

Strong sense of urgency, with customer focused mentality

Results Driven with high expectations and standards

Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships while leading others
