Store Manager

Are you a compassionate leader with a knack for problem-solving and a mechanical mindset? We're looking for a Store Manager who thrives in a role that blends team leadership, customer interaction, and hands-on technical work.

As a Store Manager, you'll oversee a small, dedicated team, help coordinate service and installation schedules, and roll up your sleeves to handle minor repairs when needed. This role requires patience, care, and a commitment to providing outstanding service to individuals who depend on your expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of 3-4 employees.
  • Open and close the store daily, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Provide accurate quotes for equipment and service.
  • Schedule and oversee service and installation calls.
  • Perform hands-on service and installation tasks when necessary.
  • Handle in-office repairs, troubleshooting, and minor fixes.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team.
  • Strong mechanical mindset with the ability to learn product-specific repairs (training provided).
  • Basic knowledge of wiring and the ability to handle minor electrical work.
  • Comfortable with occasional travel within a few-hour radius.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, kneel, and perform tasks on hands and knees.
  • Must be able to use basic hand and power tools proficiently.
  • Capable of climbing, bending, and maintaining various physical positions as needed for repairs and installations.
