What You'll Do
- A high-end specialty bakery known for its elegant, handmade cakes is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations in its San Jose location.
- The ideal candidate is a confident leader who can drive team performance, create a positive customer experience, and maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
- This is a full-time, in-person role with a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
What You'll Bring
- We're looking for someone who brings strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a calm, customer-first mindset. You'll be responsible for opening and closing the store, supervising boutique staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- You'll coach and support the team with monthly action plans aimed at increasing sales, strengthening customer loyalty, and upholding brand standards.
- Strong communication is key-both with customers and internal teams. Conflict resolution and team mediation experience are a plus. This role requires someone who can delegate effectively, lead by example, and step in wherever needed to support the team.
- You should be self-aware, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment. Experience training staff and building a high-performing culture is highly valued. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of leadership and customer service experience that creates memorable guest experiences.
