As a Store Manager, you will empower your team to achieve outstanding operational results while delivering exceptional customer service. You will report to the Operations Manager and work on-site 100% of the time in Columbus, OH.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve sales and profit targets by controlling expenses, working capital, inventory, shrinkage, and increasing net contribution.
  2. Maintain high customer service standards and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  3. Lead and engage your team through training, mentoring, motivating, and resolving associate issues.
  4. Stay informed about the local market, operations-based selling, and customer base.
  5. Ensure the store's exterior and interior appearance, including merchandising displays, meet standards.
Qualifications:
  1. High School diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of retail store experience.
  2. Knowledge of paint and sundries is a plus.
  3. Flexible working hours, minimum 45 hours per week; valid driver's license required.
  4. Ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 40-60 pounds regularly.
  5. Consent to background checks, drug screening, and motor vehicle record checks.
