As a
Store Manager, you will empower your team to achieve outstanding operational results while delivering exceptional customer service. You will report to the Operations Manager and work on-site 100% of the time in Columbus, OH.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and profit targets by controlling expenses, working capital, inventory, shrinkage, and increasing net contribution.
- Maintain high customer service standards and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Lead and engage your team through training, mentoring, motivating, and resolving associate issues.
- Stay informed about the local market, operations-based selling, and customer base.
- Ensure the store's exterior and interior appearance, including merchandising displays, meet standards.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of retail store experience.
- Knowledge of paint and sundries is a plus.
- Flexible working hours, minimum 45 hours per week; valid driver's license required.
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 40-60 pounds regularly.
- Consent to background checks, drug screening, and motor vehicle record checks.
