The Role

We are currently seeking a Store Manager for our new store in Gunwharf Quays Outlet, opening later this year.
What you will be doing
The Store Manager will lead, motivate, and coach the store team to meet and surpass sales targets, KPIs, and compliance standards, utilizing our training tools, while ensuring exceptional customer service and product knowledge. You will recruit, develop, and retain top talent, promote the CT culture through our brand values, and foster a positive environment for both staff and customers. Your responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, generating corporate activities, building relationships with peers and Head Office departments, and managing stock control, payroll, budgeting, store layout, promotions, staff development, and employee relations. You will make commercial decisions to support the store, particularly in visual merchandising, working with our VM team to reflect the brand identity. As the store leader, you'll oversee daily operations, champion colleague engagement, and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, costs, and security protocols.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Store Manager, demonstrating the ability to lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve excellent results.
Exceptional customer service skills and stakeholder relationship-building abilities are essential.
Strong planning, organizational skills, and a long-term vision are required.
A commercial mindset, coupled with analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, will enable you to influence, persuade, and negotiate effectively at various levels within and outside the company.
