Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our new location at the Encore in Las Vegas. The Store Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing our brand presence while ensuring operational excellence and superior customer service.

The ideal candidate will have strong contemporary retail experience and a proven track record of driving sales and managing teams. The Store Manager will be responsible for hiring and training staff, managing inventory, and creating a vibrant shopping environment that aligns with our brand values.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and develop store associates.

• Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies.

• Drive sales and achieve store performance goals.

• Create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for customers.

• Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability.

• Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's appearance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in contemporary fashion.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
