What You'll Do As the Hilton Head Pop Up Store Manager, you will leverage your entrepreneurial spirit to introduce the brand to your community, elevate and develop your team, and activate an exceptional athlete experience. You will lead the seasonal Hilton Head pop up from May 2025 - September 2025.
As the Pop Up Store Manager, you embody Wilson's core values and our commitment that the most important role in the company is the Athlete Advisor. You are in service to your team and your community. You are responsible for delivering on the core objectives of achieving sales plan and pop up profitability through strategic vision, coaching of your team, and innovative community engagement.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
People: - Recruit and hire a team of seasonal pop up employees.
- Manage team performance through clear expectations, coaching, and accountability.
- Your team is a direct reflection of your leadership.
Community: - You will drive traffic and brand love through strategic community outreach, authentic connections in your tennis community, a deep understanding of your local market, and community programming.
- Maintain the in-store community board with up to date information to ensure your store is the tennis concierge for your community.
- Introduce Wilson to the resort community through consistent outreach and engagement.
Operations: - Lead and execute impactful visual merchandising standards in your pop up store.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper receiving and processing procedures in partnership with the Retail Operations team.
- Collaborate with your peers and cross-functional partners with strong interpersonal skills and communication.
- Schedule your floor to ensure optimal athlete experience and coverage at all times.
Business: - Use Key Performance Indicators to analyze and drive your business forward with educated and informed decision making.
- Consistently deliver on sales targets and maintain labor efficiency through strategic scheduling and floor leadership.
What We're Looking For This role requires two to three years of retail leadership, customer service, or hospitality experience, including fashion or sportswear retail, and a demonstrated ability to build long lasting, meaningful relationship within the tennis community. A passion for tennis is always a plus.

What We'll Provide A reasonable estimate of the
pay range is $28.00 - $30.00 per hour at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training. Please note that the range details reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program.
