We're seeking an experienced and proactive Manager to join our team and help drive our continued success. In this leadership role, you'll oversee daily operations, manage employees, and ensure the delivery of outstanding service to both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities: These tasks include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones and handling billing
- Opening and closing the store
- Mixing paint and managing inventory
- Ordering inventory
- Managing and mentoring employees
- Communicating with the Sales Team
- Establishing growth opportunities through customer conversion (phone/walk-in)
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, both internally and externally
Requirements
Interested candidates should have proven management record, excellent organizational skills, and an interest in automotive refinishing. The desired applicant should be a self-starting, highly motivated individual who works well in a team environment and with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Outlook, web applications, and other forms of data analysis is a positive, as well as excellent communication skills.
