Store Manager

Must have retail management experience, preferably in furniture or appliance sales but open to other types of management as well.

POSITION - Store Manager

JOB LOCATION - Grafton, WI

STARTING DATE - Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM - Temp-to-Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE - Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) - 1st Shift, night and weekends also required

STARTING PAY - $50,000 annually

REQUIRED EDUCATION - High School Diploma/GED

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE - At least 2 years of experience in a retail sales, management or furniture/appliance sales management.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day operations of the retail store, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales targets.

2. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve store goals and deliver excellent customer service.

3. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.

4. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities to drive foot traffic and increase sales.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Retail Manager or similar role in the retail industry.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

- Knowledge of retail management best practices and industry trends.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
