Role Mission As the Store Leader, you will manage and develop a high-performing team, oversee daily store operations, and drive sales performance. Success in this role comes from fostering a culture of accountability, communication, and support while consistently meeting performance and service standards. You'll lead efforts to strengthen community engagement, enhance brand visibility, and build customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and support store team members to promote a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration.
- Oversee daily operations to meet or exceed sales targets, ensuring operational excellence and an exceptional customer experience.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., sales, labor, and inventory) and take proactive steps to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular team check-ins, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to support employee development and engagement.
- Manage inventory levels, optimize product mix, and monitor waste reporting to improve ordering accuracy and reduce shrink.
- Build and maintain local community relationships to increase store visibility and traffic through strategic outreach initiatives.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts to maintain a cohesive, high-performing team.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety standards, and customer service guidelines.
Qualifications- Proven leadership experience in a retail, food service, or health & wellness environment.
- Strong ability to drive results through effective team management and operational execution.
