Role Mission

As the Store Leader, you will manage and develop a high-performing team, oversee daily store operations, and drive sales performance. Success in this role comes from fostering a culture of accountability, communication, and support while consistently meeting performance and service standards. You'll lead efforts to strengthen community engagement, enhance brand visibility, and build customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and support store team members to promote a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration.
  • Oversee daily operations to meet or exceed sales targets, ensuring operational excellence and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., sales, labor, and inventory) and take proactive steps to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular team check-ins, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to support employee development and engagement.
  • Manage inventory levels, optimize product mix, and monitor waste reporting to improve ordering accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • Build and maintain local community relationships to increase store visibility and traffic through strategic outreach initiatives.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts to maintain a cohesive, high-performing team.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety standards, and customer service guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience in a retail, food service, or health & wellness environment.
  • Strong ability to drive results through effective team management and operational execution.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic setting.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for health, wellness, and people development.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and respond to time-sensitive operational needs.
