Requirements
Responsibilities • Recruit, interview, hire, and train team members and assistant store managers.
• Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling, bookkeeping, and inventory control.
• Investigate and resolve cash and inventory variances while ensuring security procedures are followed.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, sales trends, and expense control to meet profit goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, merchandising strategies, and operational procedures.
• Work with vendors to negotiate pricing, quality, and service agreements.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and a well-lit, safe environment for customers and employees.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance evaluations to develop a strong team.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.
• Participate in community engagement activities to strengthen customer relationships.
Requirements • Must demonstrate a strong understanding of and commitment to safety protocols in the workplace.
