Store Manager

As a Retail Store Manager you'll oversee all aspects of our retail store. From hiring & training knowledgeable associates to executing on strategic merchandising initiatives, you'll set the standard of success within our store. ABOUT OUR TEAMS:

In a store as ours, we need you to ensure we are operating efficiently. You'll lead our store associates to success in the following areas:

Customer Engagement: With extensive knowledge of our products and passion for our products, our Customer Engagement team ensure that our customers have the right solutions to fit their needs.

Merchandising & Inventory: With a heavy emphasis on store presentation, our store associates maintain merchandise and Inventory and play an integral role in helping our our customers find exactly what they need, right when they need it. This team leads the execution of product displays, organize promotional and sale price changes, and oversee fulfillment of customer pick up orders.

Associate Leadership: With an emphasis on training and development, our Managers ensure that our associate teams have the education they need to advise customers and complete store safety inspections in supporting our company initiatives.

Services: There's more to our stores than just the merchandise-it's the services that we offer that are fast growing areas of our business. You will lead your team to providing top notch company services to our community. This includes but is not limited to community organized events in partnership with local non-profit organizations.

Overall Retail Initiatives: You and your teams will also drive sales and traffic targets, execute on strategic merchandising initiatives and set standards of success within our retail store.

Managing and motivating your team to increase sales, maintain inventory levels and following up on customer credit requests and credit due-backs to our suppliers

Analyze sales, forecast sales and interpret trends in your community to facilitate planning and changes to meet community needs and sales targets

Maintain awareness of market trends in our retail industry; monitor local competitor trends and find unique and innovative ways to reach our customer focus

Customer service resolution on complaints and concerns

Organize special promotions and facilitate community partnerships weekly

Employee relations which include but are not limited to interviewing, hiring, organizing employee orientation and training, maintaining appropriate levels of staffing each day, including employee schedule production, payroll and time clocks issues, disciplinary actions, employee reward program and employee performance reviews

Maintain store safety compliance with state and federal regulations to include reporting discrepancies

Required to be on sales floor regularly to maintain awareness, speak with employees and customers and resolve any urgent issues
