Responsibilities
- Drive store sales growth, promotional sales, customer service surveys/results, and fuel break-even
- Manage store operating costs to be at or below plan
- Ensure store is fully staffed with succession plans in place, train store team members to be highly proficient, follow training guidelines, and actively demonstrate our principles and core competencies
- Maintain compliance with fuel and merchandising programs
- Support company initiatives and roll-outs, and maintain changes
- Report and handle all safety incidents per company guidelines
Minimum Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old (19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky, 21 in Illinois, Arkansas, Kansas, and Alabama)
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree or 1 year of continuous Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager experience
- Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Perform other duties as required or assigned
