Here's what success looks like:
•   Driving growth : Implement smart sales strategies to grow revenue and margin.
•   Leading a winning team : Hire, coach, and motivate your inside sales, warehouse, and delivery staff.
•   Running smooth operations : Manage inventory, logistics, and customer service with precision and efficiency.
•   Tracking and tuning performance : Monitor key metrics, close gaps, and celebrate wins.
•   Building loyal relationships : Be the trusted face of the branch for contractors, vendors, and partners.
•   Solving problems like a boss : Lead solutions, not excuses. What You Bring to the Table:
•  5+ years in sales leadership or branch operations (preferably in electrical distribution or a related B2B industry).
•  A passion for mentoring people and building teams.
•  Strong business acumen-you understand how to run a P&L, manage inventory, and close deals.
•  A customer-first mindset with grit, energy, and a get-it-done attitude.
