The Manager Position at Scooter's Coffee Bossier City, starting pay is $15/hour and has potential to grow based on performance in the role over time. This position requires between 35 & 45 hours weekly. Minimum of 35 in the kiosk in addition to computer work and other task outside of the kiosk.
Some key responsibilities in this position are the following;
- Insuring "Quality of Service" among the team Being sure that the Quality of Service meets the brand standard of Amazing.
- Insuring "Quality of Products" among the team Being sure all things in the kiosk meet brand standards AND that the Products going to our customers are Amazing (Look & Taste & Feel).
- Promoting and encouraging a fun, friendly, pleasurable and safe work environment
- This position requires a consistently positive and easy to work with personality. As the leader in the kiosk, much of the culture is set by this position, so it is very important to be consistent in demeanor regardless of any circumstances outside or inside the kiosk - 'professional at all times'
- Helping/Motivating/Coaching staff to work efficiently to provide the "Amazingly Fast" experience keeping the 'Amazing Quality Drinks'.
- This position will help at barista stations as well. 'Example leadership' is a requirement in this position.
- Maintaining equipment and a clean kiosk
- Staff Scheduling (Homebase Software provided)
- Inventory Daily/Weekly/Rotations kept up-to-date with little to no waste (Cost Of Goods Sold - goal under 25% of net)
- Power BI Software usage for this to be accomplished correctly (provided)
- Order Dairy and keep correct stocked amounts (twice per week)
- Order Harvest Roasting products (Once per week) with truck delivery once per week
- Accountabilty and Insuring Register Closeouts, Register Drawers and getting cash to safe correctly
- Answering Medallia Critiques through the Medallia Software provided
- Interviewing/Hiring/On-boarding new baristas using the Talentreef Software provided
