Position Summary
We have an exciting, permanent vacancy for a Store Manager within our Architectural Coatings division, based in Newtownards. We seek a customer-focused individual to join our friendly team. Previous retail management experience is desirable but not essential; we will provide in-store training and support.

As Store Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily store operations
- Serving customers at the trade counter and in-store
- Completing training to confidently assist customers and promote our brand
- Maintaining a well-presented, clean store environment
- Managing stock: receiving deliveries and restocking shelves
Key Skills
- Management or supervisory experience preferred
- Customer-facing experience
- Strong communication skills and positive customer focus
- IT system proficiency
- Flexible regarding working hours and duties
