Compensation: Base Salary $40,000/year + Performance Bonuses

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage all daily operations of the grooming center ("Scenter")
• Drive sales through outstanding customer experience and goal-oriented team leadership
• Recruit, coach, and develop a winning team
• Monitor KPIs and take action to meet performance targets
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and compassion
• Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment for dogs and team members

Requirements:

• 2+ years of management experience (retail, restaurant, service industry, etc.)
• Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills
• Tech-savvy: comfortable using Google Drive, Gmail, Outlook
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in a smoke-free environment
• A genuine love for dogs.

• $40K/year base salary
• Performance bonuses based on store results
• 2 weeks paid vacation (accrues after 90 days)
