Store Manager who will be responsible for managing the overall daily operations for our heavy-duty truck parts retail store location in Amarillo, TX. The Store Manager is responsible for growing sales, gross margin, and overall profitability. The Store Manager is also responsible for selecting, onboarding, developing, and retaining talent within the store's warehouse, service, and sales teams. The TruckPro Store Manager leads with an entrepreneurial spirit.

TruckPro Store Manager Responsibilities: - Direct inside and outside sales teams while building and maintaining key customer relationships
- Develop and communicate financial and business performance goals for the store
- Manage and coach associates by engaging with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition to assist with recruitment, talent management and development, organizational structure and planning, and employee relations issues
- Advise Regional Manager of issues related to store operations
- Partner with Regional Sales Manager to develop short-term and long-term sales forecast for Account Managers - Outside Sales team
- Ensure that all daily, weekly, and monthly financial requirements are completed as required; meet month-end close and cut-off requirements
- Ensure all compliance, safety, and vehicle policies are followed
- Implement all regional and corporate change initiatives such as the implementation of new systems, compensation plans, or other policies, practices, and procedures
- Remain current in knowledge of all product lines for heavy duty truck parts while maintaining excellent vendor relationships
- Administer financial matters including inventory management, collection and disbursement of funds, etc.
Successful TruckPro Store Manager Candidates Will Have: - Five years of retail management experience to include full P&L responsibilities, inventory management, people management
- Two years of experience in Operations and/or Sales
- Heavy-duty, diesel truck parts industry knowledge/experience
- After-market retail parts operations experience
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Ability to operate power industrial equipment (fork lifts, etc.)
- Ability to safely lift heavy-duty truck parts as needed
