General Management - Perform excellent customer service and supervisory skills at all times
- Maintain company standard for fresh food preparation and delivery
- Properly train and supervise store personnel
- Maintain a clean, friendly store environment
- Perform daily store management and reporting duties
- Grow sales by operational excellence
- Monitor sales trends
- Ensure compliance with all company, county, state and federal policies, procedures and regulations including, but not limited to food, tobacco and alcohol regulations
- Maintain respectful working relationship with vendors
- Be available to work additional hours as necessary
Supervisory Responsibilities - Supervision, compliance and development of all store employees
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications - Experience and Serve Safe Certification preferred
- Able to respond to location emergencies in a timely manner
- 21 years of age
- Valid NYS Driver's license that meets company policy
- Reliable transportation
Salary Description
$61,500.00 per year (based on exp), plus bonus
