Store Manager/Bilingual Spanish

Duties - Oversee daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures - Manage and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Ensure excellent customer service by training and coaching employees on effective customer engagement techniques - Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures to minimize loss and maximize profitability - Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently - Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion - Perform basic math calculations to track sales, expenses, and profits - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Communicate with customers, vendors, and corporate headquarters as necessary Requirements - Proven experience in retail management or related field - Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and procedures - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer complaints effectively - Proficient in using POS systems and other retail software applications - Sales management experience, including setting sales goals and motivating a team to achieve them - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions - Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers, employees, and stakeholders - Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while driving business growth.
