Job Title: Store Manager - Beverly Hills
Compensation: $110k + commission
Overview:
• Client Experience: Inspire and guide a team of stylists to consistently provide a remarkable and opulent in-store experience that leaves a lasting impression on every client.
• Client Development: Instill a top luxury clienteling mindset, enhancing business through appointment-driven sales while nurturing a culture of loyal, returning clients and exceptional service.
• Communication: Foster strong relationships with store personnel, staff from other locations, and headquarters. Lead with professionalism and ensure effective communication to address any potential issues proactively.
• Team Development: Take the initiative in recruiting top talent and offer continuous training, development, and mentorship to meet the high standards expected in a flagship store. Conduct regular check-ins with the team to clarify goals and expectations.
• Local Partnerships: Work alongside the headquarters team to strategically organize events for the store. Serve as the community ambassador by building connections with local partners and orchestrating seasonal events or collaborations.
• Merchandising: Maintain an immaculate and organized presentation of both the sales floor and stockroom. Uphold visual merchandising standards and seasonal directives while collaborating with planning teams to ensure product availability meets store demands.
• Operations: Manage all facets of store operations, including back-of-house activities, POS transactions, inventory checks, supply management, daily recap communications, eCommerce coordination, and maintaining an orderly environment within the store.
• Business Acumen: Utilize KPI analysis to assess business performance and develop strategies that aim to meet or surpass established goals.
• Store Scheduling: Strategically manage the store schedule to optimize effectiveness for both business operations and team needs.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in retail management is essential.
• A track record of delivering transformational customer service.
• Exceptional coaching and sales skills are required.
• Strong interpersonal communication abilities are a must.
• A solid understanding of business metrics with the capacity to analyze data, sales reports, and KPIs.
• Adept at quick and empathetic problem-solving.
• A genuine passion for the brand with a commitment to being its leading representative.
• A proven client book with a proactive approach to building client relationships to achieve sales objectives.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Shopify, and/or Vendor POS systems is required.
• Experience with Shipping/Receiving processes is advantageous.
