Your Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven sales associate to elevate their career as a Senior Stylist. In this pivotal role, you will be the right-hand support to the Store Leader, a personal styling coach for your colleagues, and a vibrant community cheerleader. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the bride's advocate, ensuring exceptional and personalized guest experiences.
- Promote product knowledge and styling expertise to boost sales through effective conversion and average order value (AOV).
- Develop innovative ideas and outreach strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate appointments.
- Utilize your product knowledge to create an inviting guest atmosphere through effective visual merchandising.
- Mentor and inspire a team of stylists, fostering a positive and supportive culture.
- Assist the Store Leader with recruitment, community engagement, and operational responsibilities.
